MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Mike Norvell named Tim Edwards the University of Memphis defensive line coach, Monday. The Delta State graduate has more than 20 years coaching, after playing professional football for six years.
"We are excited to announce the addition of Coach Tim Edwards and his wife, LuAnn, and their children, Halena, Timothy II and Kenci, to the Tiger family," Norvell said. "Coach Edwards brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this staff and specifically, to the defensive line. Tim has been part of championship caliber teams and D-line play throughout his career, and has also been an incredible mentor to the student-athletes he has coached.
