MEMPHIS – Seniors Doroland Dorceus and Riley Ferguson added some more awards from last week's win at UConn. Dorceus was named an honorable mention honoree for the Earl Campbell Tyler Rose national player of the week award, while Ferguson was named the Tennessee Sportswriters Association Offensive Player of the Week. Ferguson was also named a Great 8 honoree by the Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award and was named one of the Manning Stars of the Week for his seven-touchdown performance at UConn last week.
Dorceus rushed 22 times for 122 yards and two touchdowns in the win at UConn last week.
