DeMoss, Lawson, Persinger Win Titles Saturday

CARBONDALE, Ill. – , and all notched first-place performances for the University of Memphis track and field squads in Saturday action at the 2018 Don DeNoon Invitational. Saturday's events wrapped up the two-day meet.

DeMoss won his title in the men's 60 meters in a time of 6.74, and Persinger took the men's 60-meter hurdles crown in a time of 8.18. Lawson won the women's triple jump title with a 39-2.5 (11.95m) mark.

Overall, the Tigers had 10 top-three finishes Saturday.
