PROVIDENCE, R.I. - University of Memphis sophomore has been named to the American Athletic Conference Honor Roll roll following his performance against Incarnate Word.
Lawson scored 25 points, hitting 9-of-19 of his field goals, and 2-of-4 from long range, while also pulling down 12 rebounds and dishing out four assists.
The double-double was his 10th of the season, and 27th of his career. His is tied for the NCAA lead in double-doubles, and ranks ninth in the country in rebounds per game.
He is one of two players in the country to average 20+ points and 10+ rebounds per game.
