MEMPHIS – Darrell Henderson is one of six running backs on the Touchdown Club of Columbus' list of 2018 Players to Watch, earning him an invitation to the 63rd Touchdown Club of Columbus Awards on Saturday, Feb. 17 at Express Live! in Columbus, Ohio.
Henderson became the first Tiger since 2009 to post a 1,000 yard rushing season, finishing 2017 with 130 rushes for 1,154 yards and nine touchdowns. Henderson, who missed the Tigers' game against Iowa State in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl due to injury, finished 36th in the country with 1,154 yards and earned second team all-conference honors.
