KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. - University of Memphis senior shot a one-under 72 in the final round of the East Bay Deli Classic at Kiawah, placing in a tie for eighth overall in the final event of the 2016-17 fall season.
Chung birdied his third hole of the day, and followed with pars on every remaining hole.
The Tigers finished the tournament with an 894, good for seventh place in the field of 22 teams, and just behind Lipscomb (893), and Coastal Carolina (892).
After pars on his first two holes, Chung birdied the par-four sixth hole.
