MEMPHIS, Tenn. – University of Memphis junior Angeline Henry and sophomore Kaylene Castillo both earned bids to the 2022 NCAA Championships on Tuesday. Henry earned a spot in the air rifle competition, while Castillo received a berth for smallbore.
Hosted by Air Force, the championships will be held March 11-12 at Clune Arena in USAFA, Colo. A total of 48 student-athletes will compete in the championships, with 40 coming from the top-eight teams selected. The remaining eight, including Castillo and Henry, were selected based on the scores submitted from the NCAA Qualifier.
