MEMPHIS, Tenn. – After a series win over Valparaiso to open the 2022 season, the Memphis Tigers picked up their first two American Athletic Conference weekly awards, as both LF Ian Bibiloni and RHP Connor Shamblin were named to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll.
Bibiloni got off to a red-hot start, as the fifth-year outfielder had at least one hit in all three games against Valparaiso, with multiple hits both Friday and Saturday. Bibiloni finished the series 6-12 with a .500 OBP, .917 SLG, and 1.418 OPS.
