Everybody loves a good “David versus Goliath” story.
On the other hand, no one likes to see the rich just get richer. It becomes painful to see things end the way that everyone expects them to. In life, it seems like the Goliaths win more often than not.
However, that was not the case last night.
The Philadelphia Eagles toppled the New England Patriots in thrilling fashion. Though most of America seems to hate the Patriots, very few expected them to lose in the Super Bowl. Yet somehow, the Eagles, a team that had never won a title, managed to do it.
