Sounds bested by Spurs at home, 83-103

In a Western Conference battle, the Memphis Grizzlies fell to the San Antonio Spurs 103-83 on Thursday night at FedExForum.

Memphis moved to 11-9 in the regular season, while the Spurs improved to 16-4 on their regular season slate. Eight of the Grizzlies nine losses have come when the team has scored less than 100 points.

Marc Gasol, Mike Conley and Mario Chalmers all led the way for the Grizzlies as each dropped 15 points, respectively. Gasol grabbed eight rebounds on the night, while Conley handed out four assists and pulled down five rebounds, with Jeff Green chipping in an additional 10 points on the box score.
