The Memphis Grizzlies never got things started against the Miami Heat, failing to ever take the lead in a 90-81 loss at the FedEx Forum on Friday night.
Coming into the game shorthanded due to injuries to Chandler Parsons, Brandan Wright and James Ennis and a personal leave of absence for Zach Randolph, the Grizzlies rolled out an underwhelming starting lineup of Andrew Harrison, Troy Daniels, Tony Allen, JaMychal Green and Marc Gasol.
Mike Conley was available to play, but was brought off the bench as a coach’s decision.
Miami’s Tyler Johnson was the star of the night, leading all players with 22 points off the pine.
