NEW YORK (AP) -- The Brooklyn Nets kept alive their hopes for the final Eastern Conference playoff spot, beating the Orlando Magic 101-88 on Wednesday night behind a career-high 28 points from Bojan Bogdanovic.
The Nets waited to see if the Memphis Grizzlies - coach Lionel Hollins' former team - could beat the Indiana Pacers later Wednesday, which would send Brooklyn to top-seeded Atlanta on Sunday for the opener of the playoffs.
If Indiana won, the Nets would miss the postseason for the first time since moving to Brooklyn in 2012.
