The 2018-19 NBA season has been full of crazy headlines and drama within the first full month of games. Thankfully the Memphis Grizzlies are allowing their play to do all the talking, but opportunities to improve the roster via opponents’ fire sales may soon become real.
In the case of the Washington Wizards, this is a club that could be portrayed as the most underachieving through the first dozen or so games. Heading into Tuesday evening’s slate of games, the Wizards owned a miserable 5-11 record.
