After suffering a fourth quarter collapse against the Houston Rockets Tuesday night the Memphis Grizzlies sealed the deal versus the Detroit Pistons Thursday on a last-second shot attempt by guard Mario Chalmers.
When I became a fan of the Grizzlies years ago it was because the team always fought no matter what was facing it. It didn’t matter whether Memphis was down by two points or 20 points. The Grizzlies grinded their way to another victory and didn’t let the Pistons take advantage of a poor defensive effort by Memphis.
