The Memphis Grizzlies took out the Sacramento Kings on New Year’s Eve with a big win 114-96. Heading into the New Year (0-0) and currently 12-25, I think that the month of January is the Grizzlies’ last chance to make a push. Currently sitting six games back of the eight seed in the Western Conference, the Grizzlies are still alive, and we can see the team that started 5-0, again.
Entering a month with only four road games and nine home games, this is the Grizzlies’ final stand this regular season. With Mike Conley going through two-hour rehab sessions after each practice and shooting around before games, January can be the Grizzlies month.
