Memphis Grizzlies 2017-18 Player Review: Kobi Simmons

Kobi Simmons had an impressive Summer League for the Memphis Grizzlies as an undrafted rookie from Arizona. The Summer League performance led to the Grizzlies signing Kobi to a Two-Way contract, spending time with both the Memphis Hustle and the Grizzlies.

It is quite obvious that Kobi still has a long way to go to be a role player in the NBA. He shot 28% from behind the arc and only had two assists per game. He played in a total of 32 games, starting 12 of them. Two assists per game in 20 minutes as a starting point guard is not going to cut it.
