Many fans of the Memphis Grizzlies consider Zach Randolph to be one of the core founders of the “Grit and Grind” movement. For eight seasons, Z-Bo has served as a morale booster for not only the city of Memphis, but most importantly for his teammates. His original role was starting power forward, known for his tenacious rebounding and tough fadeaway jumpers. However, with JaMychal Green’s recent emergence as a starter, his minutes – and consequently his scoring contributions – took a hit.
Coming off the bench for 73 games, Randolph averaged 14.1 points along with 8.2 rebounds per game.
