In a back and forth offensive battle, the Memphis Grizzlies pushed the Atlanta Hawks for three quarters, but the Hawks were able to pull away with a 116-101 victory on Friday night at FedExForum.
Memphis fell to 9-8 in the regular season, while the Hawks improved to 11-7 on their regular season slate.
Mike Conley led the way for the Grizzlies as he dropped 16 points and dished out nine assists. He finished six of six at the free-throw line, making it his fourth consecutive game of shooting perfect from the line.
Matt Barnes notched 15 points; while Marc Gasol added 13 points of his own and pulled down eight rebounds.
