In their third meeting this season, the Memphis Grizzlies fell 122-107 to the Golden State Warriors at FedExForum Friday night.
Although the Warriors snapped the Grizzlies’ three-game winning streak, Memphis still leads the season series 2-1.
The Grizzlies failed to gain momentum throughout the game, wrestling with the scoreboard and unable to grab the lead. Memphis struggled to control the ball committing 13 of their 19 turnovers in the first half while the Warriors only committed 12 in total. However, Memphis held a significant advantage in second chance points posting 21 to Golden State’s four.
Leading all Grizzlies in scoring, Mike Conley posted his 20th game this season of 20-or-more points finishing with 20 points and 9 assists in 33 minutes.
