It has been a whirlwind of a weekend for the Memphis Grizzlies. It started with a match against the Miami Heat and ended versus the Houston Rockets. However, everything that happened in-between has Grizz Nation’s head spinning.
NBA fans would think that two back-to-back games — both played on the Grizzlies’ home floor — would not be so bad. Actually, it should be welcomed. Yet, due to the NBA trade rumors that never came to fruition, Memphis got sucker-punched this weekend.
On Saturday, the Memphis Grizzlies did not have a new roster at all, and that is just fine.
