Things are not going well for the Memphis Grizzlies. This was evident in their collapse over the course of 48 minutes on Wednesday as they visited the Portland Trail Blazers.
As the two Western Conference teams played each other on consecutive Wednesdays, this week was incredibly similar to last week, except roles were reversed.
Last week, Portland started the game hot, but Memphis prevailed as Mike Conley demonstrated why he deserves to be an NBA All-Star. In the second match between the Grizz and Blazers, it was Memphis beginning with the hot hand, yet falling apart after the first 12 minutes of play.
