Seven Grizzlies Players Have Stomach Virus, Could Miss Friday's Game Against Celtics

Seven members of the Memphis Grizzlies are dealing with a stomach virus that leaves their status in doubt for Friday night's game against the Boston Celtics, according to ESPN.

Tony Allen, Courtney Lee, Beno Udrih, Quincy Pondexter, Jon Leuer, Jarnell Stokes, and Kosta Koufos are all sick and questionable for the game on Friday.

Allen, Lee, Udrih, Leuer, and Koufos all missed Memphis' 96-92 loss to the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday night due to the virus. They were kept away from the arena to avoid getting other players sick, but that proved ineffective.

The loss was only Memphis' second of the season, but they still hold the NBA's best record with a 10-2 mark.

If all seven of those players are unavailable Friday night, the Grizzlies could only have eight players suit up for the game.
