Brionna Jones added 14 points for the Terrapins (8-0), who defeated No. 20 Syracuse on Wednesday and have three more games remaining against unranked opponents before facing No. 1 Connecticut on Dec. 28.
Five players scored in double figures for Maryland, which won its fifth game of the season by 40 or more points.
Emma Stroyan had nine points to lead Central Connecticut State (1-7), which lost its sixth straight and has scored more than 53 points only twice this season.
