NCAA Tournament: Maryland to play Kansas in Sweet 16

Maryland men's basketball took care of business against Hawaii in the second round of the NCAA Tournament, so the Terps will take on Kansas Thursday in their first Sweet 16 appearance since 2003.

There's no other way to put it: the Jayhawks are an absolutely terrifying matchup. The No. 1 overall seed in the tournament, they present a challenge for the Terrapins in almost every possible way. Maryland at least has the talent advantage over most of the teams it plays, but this won't necessarily be the case on Thursday. With NBA Draft hopefuls Wayne Seldon and Perry Ellis headlining a deep team, Maryland will be an underdog for the first time in the tournament.
