MM 7.8: Three former Terps representing home countries in 2021 Gold Cup

Three former Maryland men’s soccer players will be playing in the 2021 Concacaf Gold Cup. Midfielder Eryk Williamson and defender Donovan Pines are on the United States Men’s National Team while goalkeeper Dayne St. Clair will play on the Canadian team.

For Williamson and Pines, seeing the field for the United States would result in each of their first caps for the national team. St. Clair already made his first start for the Canadian Men’s National Team on June 5 in a World Cup qualifying match against Aruba.

Both the United States and Canada are in Group B and will face off against each other Sunday, July 18 at 5 p.
