Maryland men’s lacrosse head coach John Tillman signed an extension to stay with the Terps through June 30, 2030, Interim Barry P. Gossett Director of Athletics Colleen Sorem announced Thursday.

Tillman is in his 15th season leading the program, and has led Maryland to two titles in his tenure. His team’s 18-0 campaign in 2022 was the most wins by any team without a loss in men’s college lacrosse history.

Tillman has also led the Terps to 10 Final Fours, and has amassed a 192-55 record in his time in College Park. He has ushered Maryland to six Big ten regular season titles and four Big Ten Tournament titles.
