Maryland’s outdoor track and field team will have plenty of representation at the 2021 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championships East Preliminary Competition in Jacksonville, Florida.
A grand total of 12 Terps have qualified for the competition, which will be held from May 26-29. Seven men and five women from Maryland will be traveling for the meet.
Sophomore Caleb Dean leads the charge for Maryland’s men’s competitions, as he managed to qualify for three separate events. He will be in the 110m hurdles, 400m hurdles and anchor the men’s 4x100 relay team to round out the competition.
