MM 2.17 Maryland men’s soccer announces charity distribution for 10k for $10k run

Maryland men’s soccer and the VOYCENOW Foundation will share the funds raised by their 10k for $10k event with four Maryland-based charitable organizations, the two announced Tuesday.

The grand total of $13,000 will be sent to the Prince George’s County Boys and Girls Club, the Dream BIG Foundation, and the Baltimore and Washington D.C. chapters of the Boys and Girls Club of America.

The Terps will also personally donate 40 new soccer balls to each organization.

“To be able to partner with VOYCENOW, led by my former players Zack Steffen and Alex Crognale, was incredible and I am so proud of what they continue to do,” Maryland head coach Sasho Cirovski said in a press release from the team.
