Maryland volleyball outside hitter Sam Csire hit two career milestones this past weekend as the sophomore reached over 200 kills on the 2021 season and over 300 kills in her collegiate career.
Csire has had an excellent season so far for a Maryland team that has 14 wins in its first 18 games. She now has 212 kills this season, which leads the team, in 63 sets of play. Csire has started in every match for Maryland this season and has been an integral part of the program’s success. Her season-high in kills (26) in a single game came against Temple back on Sept.
