Maryland men's soccer ranked No. 1 in Big Ten preseason coaches' poll

Maryland men's soccer received a vote of confidence from the rest of the Big Ten, finishing first in the conference's preseason coaches poll for the second year in a row.

The team made a splash in its first season in the Big Ten, finishing with a 13-6-3 record including a 5-2-1 conference record, winning the conference's regular season title and postseason tournament, and the team's peers are expecting B1G production from the Terps again.

Senior midfielders Mael Corboz and Tsubasa Endoh and junior defender Chris Odoi-Atsem were named to the Big Ten preseason players to watch list.
