Maryland men’s basketball has secured its ninth transfer commitment of the offseason. Former Northeastern center Collin Metcalf will join Maryland men’s basketball in 2025, he announced Monday on Instagram.

Metcalf, a 6-foot-9 incoming senior from Germany with one year of eligibility remaining, stepped into a starting role for the Huskies in 2024-25 and was an immediate force on the defensive side of the ball.
