Maryland football hires Dan Enos, a former Cincinnati and Alabama assistant, as offensive coordinator

Dan Enos was hired as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach, and Brian Braswell will serve as the offensive line coach. Defensive line coach Brian Williams has been promoted to co-defensive coordinator, working in conjunction with Jon Hoke.

Enos was the associate head coach and running backs coach at Cincinnati, which went 9-0, earned the No. 8 ranking in the final College Football Playoff poll and captured the American Athletic Conference championship before losing to No. 9 Georgia, 24-21, in the Sugar Bowl on New Year’s Day. Under Enos, the offense averaged 37.5 points and 212.4 rushing yards per game.
