Marcus Lewis was heavily recruited by Maryland during his high school days.
On Saturday, Lewis announced that he’s transferring to Maryland while on a visit to the school. The former Gonzaga (D.C.) standout chose the Terrapins over his other finalist Washington State.

Lewis will have to sit out the 2017 season and have two seasons of eligibility remaining when he returns to the field in 2018.
