Maryland basketball falls to No. 21 in AP Poll

After two straight losses, Maryland basketball fell eight spots to No. 21 in athis week’s AP Poll.

The Terps received xx votes and were one of five teams in the top 25. Michigan remained at No. 5 and Michigan State stayed at No. 6. Purdue jumped back into the top 25 for the first time since Nov. 26 after beating the Spartans on Sunday, checking in at No. 17, and Wisconsin moved back into the rankings at No. 24. It was a tumultuous weekend for ranked teams in the conference, with Maryland, Michigan State and Iowa all falling to unranked teams over the past two days.
