After nearly eight long months, Maryland basketball is officially back. The Terps take on Stony Brook at Nassau Colisuem tonight at 7 p.m. on BTN Plus.
The Terps are coming off a 24-9 season in which they made their third straight NCAA Tournament. However, it was a short postseason for Maryland, which lost to Xavier, 76-65, in the first round. This is the first game post-Melo Trimble, who declared for the NBA Draft after an outstanding three years in College Park.
He’s currently tearing up the G League, and had 37 points and eight assists last night.
