Dez Wells might not be headed to Germany after all. The former Maryland guard signed with the Tigers Tubingen of the German Basketball Budesliga in July, but didn’t pass his physical, the team tweeted on Thursday.
It’s unclear what this means for Wells, as we don’t know if he’ll go to another european team, or what his injury is. As Jeff Ermann notes, he could go back to the D-League, where he spent last season.
