Former Maryland Athletic Director Kevin Anderson will be the interim athletic director at Cal State Northridge, per ESPN’s Jeff Goodman.

Anderson had been Maryland’s AD since 2010, but went on administrative leave and a six-month “sabbatical” over the 2017-18 winter. The university officially announced his departure in mid-April. He was previously the assistant AD at California from 1997-2002, and is a California native.
