Digest: Campbell's 2 OT goal lifts Maryland over Michigan in Big Ten men's soccer quarterfinal

Junior George Campbell (McDonogh) scored the game-winning goal in double overtime to lift top-seeded host Maryland to a 3-2 win against No. 8 seed Michigan (4-11-4) in the quarterfinal round of the Big Ten men's soccer tournament.

Sophomore D.J. Reeves scored for Maryland (16-0-2), which took a 1-0 lead in the 30th minute on Michigan's own goal. The Terps, winners of 13 straight, will face No. 4 seed Michigan State (13-4-1) in the semifinals Friday at noon in Westerfield, Ind.

After Gordon Wild put a cross in the box, an own goal by the Michigan defense gave the Terps the lead in the 30th minute.
