Brionna Jones' game highs in points, rebounds and blocks lead Team USA to victory

Maryland forward-center Brionna Jones (Aberdeen) contributed game highs of 15 points, seven rebounds and two blocks off the bench as Team USA rolled to an 84-43 victory over Hungary in the quarterfinals of the World University Games on Thursday in Gwangju, South Korea.

"I'm really excited that we came out starting the medal round well and that we really came together," Jones said. "We're finally clicking and everything's working so moving forward we'll be ready to keep going for gold."

The next step will be a semifinal Saturday against Japan, which upset Australia, 83-71.
