Whatever you do, the message is simple: The Thundering Herd doesn’t exactly have the most depth in Conference USA. That issue may become even clearer at 7 tonight when Middle Tennessee arrives at Cam Henderson Center.
But with the way the Thundering Herd’s regulars are playing, does it matter?
In its current 8-4 stretch, the Herd has been outscored in bench points eight times. Marshall owns a two-game “winning streak” in that category, but scored just seven bench points each against Charlotte and Old Dominion.
