HUNTINGTON — With three games left in a season gone wrong, Marshall isn’t as worried about its opponent as much as it is trying to get itself right.
Not that it is disregarding Middle Tennessee. For one thing, the Thundering Herd and Blue Raiders have a nice rivalry going in their fourth season as conference opponents.
For another thing, the Raiders have some explosive talent, and will bring it to Joan C. Edwards Stadium in a Saturday night game. Kickoff is at 7 p.m., with American Sports Network televising.
The Blue Raiders (6-3, 3-2) are still contending in Conference USA’s East Division, but the Herd (2-7, 1-4) is operating as if the biggest adversary is itself.
