Assistant coach Sean Cronin is leaving Marshall to join Charlie Strong’s staff at South Florida, sources told the Gazette-Mail on Friday.
Cronin coached defensive ends in his second stint at MU, which began in 2013. He also spent the 2010 season coaching the defensive line as a whole before heading to Temple for two seasons.
More changes may be on the way, especially with the ability to hire a 10th coach. Spring football begins March 27 at MU.
