Marshall University offensive tackle Clint Van Horn has been named to the Outland Trophy Watch List, an award given to the nation’s outstanding interior offensive or defensive lineman.
Van Horn was also named to the 2015 preseason list but missed most of the season due to an injury. The Beckley native is a two-time All-Conference USA selection and has started 25 games for the Herd.
Two other Marshall standouts were placed on award Watch Lists earlier this week — tight end Ryan Yuracheck to the John Mackey Award list and kicker Nick Smith for the Lou Groza Award list.
