No. 20 Marshall University men’s soccer team closes out its home matches for the 2019 season as the No. 15 University of Kentucky Wildcats visits on Sunday afternoon to Hoops Family Field. Both ranked teams are battling to decide for Conference USA’s regular season champion.
The Herd enters the match with an overall record of 11-2-3 (3-1-1 C-USA). The Herd is coming off a 2-1 win over Oakland.
“We did well,” Marshall Head Coach Chris Grassie said. “Being home, I think now we can really focus, and the rest of the season is what it is. It’s great to be back.
