MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Middle Tennessee head coach Rick Stockstill met with the media that covers the Blue Raiders on Monday. Here are his remarks, as sent out by Conference USA.
Opening statement:
“I appreciate everybody being here. We’ll talk about Brent (Stockstill) here really quick. You guys that saw the game, he got hurt the first play of the second quarter. He got hit and sort of pile driven onto his right shoulder. He finished the drive. It broke his collarbone.
“He finished the drive and came to the sideline, and they did the touch test and knew it was broken.
