Marshall men’s basketball player Jon Elmore can be found at the top of the Conference USA lists in both scoring and assists. Now he can be found at the top of the All-Conference USA first team.
Elmore, a former South Charleston and George Washington High standout, was included on the All-C-USA first team, released Monday by the league and voted on by sportswriters who cover C-USA. Teammate Ryan Taylor was named to the all-conference third team. It is the first time since DeAndre Kane and Damier Pitts in 2012 that two Thundering Herd players earned all-conference honors in the same year.
