Baseball Wins 2-of-3 at UAB
The Thundering Herd clinched a series victory with a 5-2 win in the rubber game against UAB on Sunday. Marshall rallied for three runs in the seventh of game one but lost 4-3, then won game two in 10 innings on Saturday, 2-1. The Herd is in a 4-way tie at 6-6 for fourth place in the league with FIU (who plays MU at Linda K. Epling Stadium in Beckley, W.Va. on April 21-23), UTSA (who the Herd took 2-of-3 from), and Charlotte (who closes out the regular season in Charleston at Appalachia Power Park May 18-20.
