HUNTINGTON – Marshall prepares for two games in Las Vegas on Monday and Tuesday, as part of the Global Sports Classic. The Thundering Herd will take on Wyoming for the first time since the 1980s, a 10:30 p.m. (ET) tipoff tonight on The Dawg, 93.7 FM and ESPN 94.1 FM and AM 930 & 1340 in Huntington.
Depending on winning or losing, the Herd’s second game on Tuesday will be with either Houston or Grand Canyon. Marshall won both the home games played in the GSC, beating both Eastern Illinois and NC Central last week.
Also last week, Marshall met WVU in the annual Chesapeake Energy Capital Classic in front of a crowd of around 11,750.
