HUNTINGTON — The Thundering Herd men’s and women’s basketball team met the public, in general, and their fellow students, mainly, in a Homecoming event for the second year in a row, a “Rock the Rec” event that followed the Homecoming parade down Fifth Avenue — one of the biggest for number of units — in many years and bonfire/pep rally on the Harless Field.
But the hoopers for both Marshall teams hope the interaction with their fellow students and the public will help them to find a reason for “Coming Home” to the Cam Henderson Center for this season’s basketball.
