After going 3-0 in group play, USA Basketball’s U17 squad starts the knockout rounds with a contest against Argentina in the round of 16.
Why are we mentioning this here, on your favorite Marquette athletics website/blog/The O.C. recap site? Well, because incoming men’s basketball freshman Markus Howard is on Team USA, that’s why. Even more importantly, FIBA is going to be streaming all of the games on their YouTube channel, and we wanted to give you a chance to watch Howard in action.
Howard has been at the forefront of the American attack, averaging 14 points, three rebounds, and four assists.
